This notice covers the Playmaker website, its enquiry form and the Inverted waiting list.

Information you provide

When you send an enquiry or join the waiting list, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, organisation, whether you are a brand or rights holder, and any message. Our form provider, Formspree, processes these details and passes them to our team’s Slack workspace. Both services are based overseas, so your details may be stored outside Australia. We use them to reply and to discuss the services you asked about.

Website operation

Our hosting provider processes technical information needed to serve and protect the website, such as IP addresses and request logs. This website does not use advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us about information you have shared, request a correction or ask for deletion, subject to any records we need to retain.
